Designed for cabinet shops, millwork operations, and furniture manufacturers, this drawer box addresses the essential requirements of everyday cabinetry: dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, hardware compatibility, and consistent delivery.

The Basic Drawer is engineered to integrate directly into your workflow. It arrives fully assembled, square, and ready for installation within a predictable 7-10 business day production window.

Standard Construction

Our standard configuration includes:

• 5/8" solid hard maple sides (1/2" available)
• 3/8" real veneer core maple plywood bottom (1/4" and 1/2" are also available, but we recommend 3/8" as the universal standard)
• Half-blind English dovetails on one-inch centers
• Fully captured bottom panel on all four sides
• Fronts and backs 1/8" taller than sides for tight mechanical connection (flush top is also available)
• Production tolerances of +0 / -1/32" in width and +/-1/16" in height and depth

Hardware preparation for undermount slides is available for most major brands of undermount hardware. Notching and drilling is completed during production to reduce installation time and ensure alignment. Clip installation is also available.

This construction supports the majority of residential and commercial applications, including kitchens, baths, closets, built-ins, custom furniture, and commercial cabinetry.
