Shipping & Delivery
 Turnaround:
Made to order products will ship within the timeline listed in the product description
Most other merchandise ships in 2-5 business days
Orders will be shipped together when item with longest lead time is ready unless pre-arranged.  If you need some items earlier than other will be ready, please contact us

Our location is NOT a retail outlet and you must place your order and get confirmation your items are ready for pick-up.
Local Delivery (Must be pre-approved for this option to show at checkout.  If you believe you are in the local please contact us to request this option be activated on your account)
Shipping and Delivery Times
Western Dovetail, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping which are outside of it's control, including but not limited to weather, labor disputes, breakdowns, natural disasters, war, and carrier missed pick-ups.
Returns & Replacements
You item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.  You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product.  Return shipping on unused items is at the customers expense.  Defective and/or damaged items will be returned at the sellers expense.
Use our contact form to request to return an item.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $5), which will be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund original shipping and handling.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Back Orders
If an item is backordered, our prolicy is to hold the entire order until the backordered item has arrived and is ready for shipping please contact us if you need the in-stock items shipped first.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses inside California will be charged all state and local taxes unless resale card is on file before order has been placed.
Changes, modification, cancellations
Changes to custom made products may not available after order is placed, please contact us right away if you need to make a change.  All changes are subject to $15 per change fee, difference in actualy cost, + up to original cost of item depending upon amount of work acutally completed at time change request is received.
Cancellations on custom made products will be be refunded for the portion of work not yet performed on the custom item.
Cancellations on special order items may not be possible.
