We currently have three types of forms available. Our old online form is no longer available. We will have an updated online order form soon, but in the mean time please use one of the following options: Remember, you can always print, fill in and fax or scan to email any of the forms (the old fashioned way) Please try to follow these guidelines when placing an order.

  • Use a separate form for each major change in specifications.
  • Use a separate form for each different purchase order or job name
  • Clearly specify if you are giving us the opening size or the exact drawer size
  • Please indicate if a drawer is a roll-out with an exposed front
  • Let us know if you have a specific delivery date requirement

You can add your own reference numbers to each line item so we can include that information on the labels on the bottom of each drawer

  1. Standard PDF is just a formatted page that can be printed and faxed. Just click on the link, open the file, and print it. Then fill it in and either fax it to 707-556-1920 or scan and email it to orders@drawer.com
  2. Word Doc can be opened in MS Word and filled in, saved and printed. Open the word document and save a copy so you can fill it in and save it. If you use the word document, please view it in "print view" to see how it will appear on the page. You may need to adjust the margins so it prints properly.
  3. Fill-In PDF Open the fill-in PDF and fill-in then click submit form and the data will be sent to orders@drawer.com (see instructions below)

NEW fill-in PDF form: Submit your data from within Adobe Reader! This is very quick and easy if you have a PC with Outlook. This order form has drop down menus of all of the materials and thicknesses available and it is able to restrict selections that are not available based on the options you choose. Most people who have used the form successfully have found it very useful, however, it doesn't work on all machines. We are continuing to develop the online shopping cart software, but in the meantime, this is the best solution we have found. Please review the following instructions before attempting to use the form.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a native email program installed on your computer such as Outlook
  2. Must have Adobe reader or Adobe Acrobat installed
  3. Must have an internet connection
*This form does not work on most mobile devices
**This form is designed to work with the default email program installed on your computer. If you do not have Outlook or a similar email program installed on your computer, this form may not work properly. If you do have Acrobat Professional or another PDF maker program, you can save the file to disk with the data you enter. If you use an online mail service like gmail or hotmail, the form may not work unless your mail is also set up with Outlook or a similar mail program that is installed on your computer.

If you click on the link, Fill-In PDF be patient since it takes a few seconds to load, the file is about 700K (over 1/2 megabyte). Once you open it, the blank form can be saved to your computer and used over and over again without having to wait to download it again. If you have Adobe Acrobat (full-version) you can save your filled in forms with all of your information and re-use them by just changing the drawer specifications. Once you have filled in your order information, you should first print a copy for your records by clicking on the "Print Form" button, then click on the "Submit By Email" button to send us the data for the form. The "Submit By Email" button should open a new email from the email program on your computer with an attachment named "2010-OrderForm-fill.xml" this is only the data from the form so it is a very small file. Your form data will be sent to us from your email program and we will reply to your quote request within 1 business day with a quote via email. Please note, you will not get an immediate response from our system, the quote process is not automatic. Someone from our office will reply to your quote request with a quote or if there are any errors or missing information you may be asked for clarification before you receive a quote. If this does not work, please print and fax it to 707-556-1920. If you need immediate assistance, please call 1-800-800-3683 during business hours and someone will assist you in getting a quote right away.

The first time you click on the form, the following message will appear.

"This form contains an email submit button. Clicking this button will email the data file containing data you type into this form. However, the form itself will not be sent. Remember, you can not send a completed copy of this form with adobe reader."

You can check the box at the bottom that says, "don't show me this again" to avoid having to click OK every time.

If you don't use an email client like Outlook on your computer, you may not be able to use this form, if you see the following message,

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft outlook and set it as the default mail client."

...the "Submit by Email" button probably won't work.

If this happens, you will just have to print the form and fax it to us.
